Create a serve from the Documents tab in SmartAdvocate, without switching platforms. Proof pulls in the client and internal reference numbers, the case number, and the contacts already on the matter, so there is nothing to re-key.

Catch a bad address before the serve goes out

As you enter or pull an address from your SmartAdvocate account, Proof checks it in real time. A missing unit or apartment number, a PO box, an address the USPS has flagged as vacant: you see the problem before you submit, not days later when the serve comes back unsuccessful. Proof works the flag to find the right unit so the serve stays on track, and warns you if the same party is about to be served twice.

The process server will have what they need.

The Proof tab shows every serve tied to the matter, each with a green/yellow/red health tracker and a timeline for what happens next.
