PROOF is the brainchild of co-founder and attorney Eric Voogt. Eric is a partner at a successful law practice and has been an early adopter of technology throughout his career. For many years, Eric thought about how service-of-process could be streamlined using technology. His paralegal was tired of calling service-of-process companies to see if they had availability for a new serve, tired of faxing documents, and most of all, tired of waiting to receive a telephone confirmation that the serve was successful.
Eric knew there had to be a way to connect with trained process servers in the same way he was able to instantly get an Uber driver to pick him up. PROOF is the world's first on-demand service-of-process platform that provides instant access to experienced servers and the ability to track a serve in real-time from a desktop computer or mobile device.
Eric is the President of Glade Voogt Lord Smith, PC (formally Inman Flynn). His experience and expertise includes: commercial and business litigation, environmental litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation, real estate litigation, environmental compliance counseling, toxic torts and water pollution, and property damage cases. Eric graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and spent one year working as an engineer at Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas. He attended law school at the University of Kansas where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class and served on the Kansas Law Review.
