Get documents served in Dallas, Texas

We are an online platform with a network of over 2,600 vetted independent process servers nationwide. In order to use Proof, you will need an account on our platform.

• If you are a Law Firm user (attorney or paralegal for a law firm), Organization, Government Agency, or Process Serving Company, you can sign up at https://www.proofserve.com/get-started/law-firm.

• If you are an individual (Pro Se) user, you can sign up at https://www.proofserve.com/get-started/pro-se.

• If you are a process server looking to serve for Proof, you can sign up at https://www.proofserve.com/become-a-process-server.

Once you are signed up, you will have the ability to upload your documents and information about the individual or entity being served.

For a skip trace, you can provide Proof with the information about the individual by emailing skiptrace@proofserve.com.

At a minimum, we will need the individual's name and at least one of the following: a previous address, date of birth or approximate age, SSN, or other identifying information.

Our typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours to get information back to you.

You can add a new user, or edit/delete an existing one, by going to "Settings" and then clicking on the "Users" tab.

You can pay directly through our platform by clicking on the link to the invoice.

When you login to app.proofserve.com, you will see a “Billing” menu option on the left.

Once you are there, click on the “Unpaid” invoice, and then click on “Pay Invoice” to pay via credit card.

Clients may cancel serves at any time. However, for any cancellations of jobs already in progress or if server is en route the client will be billed for the full amount of the service charged. The server's GPS location will verify en route to the serve.
