Job Brief:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Dispatch Specialist to manage and dispatch client service requests efficiently across various regions. You will play a key role in maintaining service quality, ensuring that independent contractors and local service partners meet client needs within strict deadlines.
Core Objectives:
- Coordinate with independent service partners to facilitate the service of process in multiple geographical locations, ensuring compliance with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Negotiate service fees with independent partners to remain within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure service partners have all the necessary information, resources, and support to complete their assignments effectively.
- Quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment by leveraging a network of contacts to dispatch client requests in a timely manner.
- Identify and onboard new service providers across the U.S., fostering strong relationships to guarantee seamless job completion.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and independent contractor server partners to ensure process serving tasks are executed efficiently.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors to support quick and reliable job dispatching.
- Use sound judgment to communicate clearly and professionally with providers through both written and verbal channels.
- Ensure smooth organizational operations by meeting deadlines and completing related tasks individually and within a team structure.
- Review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, working with Team Leads and colleagues to implement improvements.
- Cultivate operational success by optimizing workflows and improving user experience for both internal teams and service partners.
- Proactively identify and resolve platform issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications, both on and off the platform.
- Address unique challenges with a flexible, iterative approach, working to implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Experience, Product, and Server Support to streamline operations.
- Execute data-driven strategies to enhance performance, adapting processes as needed to meet team and company goals.
- Provide input on local business needs related to regulatory impacts on operations and product development.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by acting and communicating in ways that support the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in the service of process industry or logistics/dispatch preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a cross-functional audience.
- Proven experience in building strong, trust-based relationships with independent contractors or service partners.
- Experienced negotiating with third-party vendors or contractors, particularly on price and service delivery expectations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with an adaptable mindset toward change.
- Proficiency in MacOS, Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides), and video communication tools.
- Rapid learner, able to embrace new technologies and adapt to new procedures quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in the service of process, legal tech, or logistics/dispatch industries.
- Previous experience with double-sided marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in high-growth, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
- Positive, high-energy work style with a track record of overcoming challenges.
Compensation & Location:
- Full-time, hourly position
- $20 - 23 per hour based on experience
- This is an onsite, in-person, role located in Detroit, Michigan, five days per week
- Eligible for company bonus plan.
