Server Policies

Mobile Phone Compatibility: iPhones running iOS version 9 or higher and Android phones running version 4.1 or higher.

Process Server Ratings: If a process server does not complete the required number of serve attempts (1 attempt on the same day of assignment for Same Day Serves, 4 evenly-spaced attempts within 7 days for Standard Serves and 4 evenly-spaced attempts within 3 days for Expedited Serves), Proof may investigate the circumstances of the failure to make required attempts and provide the process server the results of that investigation. If warranted, the process server will receive a warning related to the negative rating. If a process server receives two (2) or more negative ratings within any 45 day period, Proof may, in its sole discretion, block the process server from the Proof Services (the Proof app and related technology) no longer allowing the process server to accept or work on assignments from Proof Services. Any existing assignments that the process server is working on may be reassigned. Reinstatement as an independent contractor for Proof will be managed on a case-by-case basis and only be made at the sole discretion of Proof's management.

Cancellation Fee: The recommended cancellation fee for Users that elect to cancel requests for Process Serving Services shall be: $0 if no serve attempts have been made The job's base fee if at least one attempt has been made
