About the Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market (GTM) efforts for our product offerings. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to define GTM strategies, craft compelling messaging, and drive the execution of product marketing plans to increase awareness, adoption, and retention of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Create GTM strategies and lead cross-functional projects to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to translate product features and roadmaps into customer value for Marketing & Sales GTM content.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials and collateral, including product sheets, case studies, and customer research.
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of product GTM initiatives, providing feedback to strategic stakeholders in Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic PMM plans focusing on revenue growth and retention, ideally with a hybrid of product-led and sales-led growth strategies.
  • Must be comfortable working independently as a remote employee, with a strong emphasis on time management, and a proactive mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting, particularly in the context of the product adoption journey.
  • Travel is required as necessary.

Compensation

  • Base $100,000 to $118,500, OTE $110,000 to $130,000, based on location and experience
