About The Role

As a Systems Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational capabilities and enhancing our platform's integration with key third-party systems including Make, Intercom, HubSpot, and our proprietary platform. Your expertise will directly contribute to our revenue growth and operational efficiency, ensuring our scaled services operate at peak performance.

Core Objectives

  • Ensure optimal utilization of third-party systems to improve internal workflows and support client management.
  • Drive integration and implementation efforts for seamless operation across various applications and technologies.
  • Directly impact the revenue growth of our key programs through system optimization and strategic enhancements.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary expert for all third-party systems, guiding the strategic integration and utilization within our environment.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Work closely with Client Management, Customer Experience/Service, and Operations teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to our system infrastructure to support scaling and operational excellence.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility of system operations efforts.

Expectations for Time Management

  • 40 to 50 hours per week
  • Distribution: 60% System Integration and Management, 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration, 20% Training and Documentation


  • 1+ years of professional experience in systems operations, IT, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and API usage.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and customer service tools (e.g., Intercom).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with low-code platforms like Make.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex integrations and optimize operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to drive process improvements.

Salary range $75,000-$90,000 based on experience and location
