PROOF is the brainchild of co-founder and attorney Eric Voogt. Eric is a partner at a successful law practice and has been an early adopter of technology throughout his career. For many years, Eric thought about how service-of-process could be streamlined using technology. His paralegal was tired of calling service-of-process companies to see if they had availability for a new serve, tired of faxing documents, and most of all, tired of waiting to receive a telephone confirmation that the serve was successful.
Eric knew there had to be a way to connect with trained process servers in the same way he was able to instantly get an Uber driver to pick him up. Together with 303 Software, a leading software development company, PROOF was born. PROOF is the world's first on-demand service-of-process platform that provides instant access to experienced servers and the ability to track a serve in real-time from a desktop computer or mobile device.
