We are seeking:

An ambitious, bright, and entrepreneurial digital marketer to join our Growth & Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with experience in digital marketing, testing and optimizing digital channels - specifically paid social, e-mail, content, and retargeting. Primary responsibility will be supporting the marketing team by executing marketing campaigns, reporting, and analyzing marketing channel performance in detail and deriving recommendations to achieve our ambitious acquisition, retention, and reactivation goals.

You are:

  • Knowledgeable in Marketing and are able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets.
  • Skilled in experimentation, and see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends
  • A creative thinker who is not afraid to step out of the box and propose new, different, and innovative ideas.
  • Organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An effective communicator who can develop creative content to be distributed through multiple channels.
  • Data-driven, excited to analyze and report on the ROI of campaigns, contribute to team Lead and MQL goals, all to increase ARR.

You have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in a B2B tech environment identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert
  • Experience with online marketing tools: Google Ad, Facebook, LinkedIn, Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to generate traffic, convert visitors to leads, and nurture into qualified leads.
  • Good knowledge of SEM, SEO, Display, and A/B and multivariate testing, and can iterate based on findings.
  • Experience with account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated success driving email channel engagement and acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications.
  • Experience writing clear and thoughtful creative briefs that provide the direction needed to closely align cross functionally with design and copywriting teams.
  • The ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What will you be doing:

  • Support development and communication of the team’s vision and strategy to improve the impact of our digital marketing efforts for both organic and paid channels on company goals.
  • Manage development of ABM and nurture email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, campaign set up, QA, approval and performance monitoring.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests based on experimentation hypotheses to continuously improve performance and drive growth.
  • Monitor changes in email industry best practices and privacy standards and guide our email channel evolution to overcome obstacles and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Collaborate across an array of internal and external functions including engineering, creative, copywriting and data to deliver high-quality campaigns that align with brand attributes.
  • Have a point of view and provide recommendations on campaign structure, targeting and segmentation opportunities, creative approach and testing opportunities.
